09.15 - 10.45 a.m. Lecture on «Land management and its effects on soil, water and climate» with Stefan Schwarzer, geographer, author, long-time UNEP employee, permaculture designer

12.15 - 13.30 Lunch
13.30 - 15.00 Lecture on «Rosé, red wine and sparkling wine production from PIWI grapes» with Armin Sütterlin, Rebschule Meier

Price: For PIWI CH members CHF 90.-, for non-members CHF 120.- for apprentices CHF 60.- per person, incl. snack, lunch and tasting.
Journey: By public transport according to the SBB timetable. There is a shuttle bus from the railway station at arrival and departure times. However, the number of seats is limited. We will send the list of participants to all participants one week before the event so that car pools can be formed.
