09.15 Start and welcome
09.15 – 10.45 Lecture on the topic «Fighting drought and floods. How plants bring the rain and cool the climate» with Stefan Schwarzer, geographer, author, long-standing UNEP staff member and permaculture designer
11.00 - 12.15 White wine tasting
12.15 - 13.30 Lunch
1.30 – 2.15 pm Talk on the topic: «Homeopathy: an alternative healing method for plants» with Samuel Ress, agricultural coach
14.30 – 15.30. Lecture on «Red wine production from PIWI grapes» with Kathleen Mackie-Haas and Marie Blackford from Agroscope
15.45 – 17.00 Red wine tasting
