The vineyard and the wines of the future
Sustainable wine production with Piwi varieties, what future wines and future vineyards look like, tasting of PIWI wines. Time for networking.
Participants will be informed about the development of viticulture in Central Switzerland, the planned protected wine production area of Central Switzerland, wine tourism and the current status of new varieties (PIWI) in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Tasting of 50 to 100 PIWI wines from Central Switzerland. The first day will show the situation in Switzerland and specifically in Central Switzerland, the second day will be international.
The conference is being organised in close cooperation with the Central Switzerland wine industry.
