The first Sana Slow Wine Fair, the international fair for good, clean and fair wine and the first international meeting of the Slow Wine Coalition, will take place in Bologna from Sunday 27th to Tuesday 29th March 2022. The event, organized by the BolognaFiere exhibition center under the artistic direction of Slow Food in collaboration with the FederBio association, was originally scheduled for the end of February: the postponement is intended to ensure that it runs safely and facilitate the participation of national and international professionals in the sector who show great interest in this new event. Winegrowers from all over Italy and abroad come to Bologna: Albania, Argentina, Bosnia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, Germany, France, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Peru, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and the USA. A journey around the world with great wines that follow the principles of the Slow Wine Coalition and are inspired by the Slow Food Manifesto for good, clean and fair wine: environmental sustainability, protection of the landscape and the cultural and social role of wineries in their respective regions .
