Life cycle assessment of Swiss wine from ÖLN and organic production

The aim of the study is to use a life cycle assessment to assess the environmental impact of wine production in Switzerland with integrated production (IP), organic production with the ban on synthetic chemical pesticides and the cultivation of PIWI varieties.
